There is a lot to be said for applying perfect technique during a workout. You'll get better results, it looks much nicer and most importantly there is less chance of injuring yourself. During sessions you will learn exciting new exercise techniques that improve shape, posture, ability, as well as your confidence. Everyone progresses at their own pace, and as strong as you may be, I will make sure you are performing an exercise correctly before we challenge further.
DISCOVER YOUR POTENTIAL
There is potential in all of us to enjoy exercise and maintain a well-chosen diet, it's just a case of discovering what motivates you and maintaining a strong focus on your goals. This will impact on the experience you have during a training session; the enjoyment level, the effort you are prepared to put in, and just how quickly you move towards your goals. I won't try and make you do something that compromises your ability but I will always encourage you to challenge yourself. It is important to me to see hard work and commitment from my clients. Ultimately it will be a two way street - I'll give one hundred percent and I ask the same of you.
