Sessions must be used within 3 months of date of purchase.

Sessions are non-refundable, however should you not be able to partake in the session, it can be gifted to another individual which must be agreed by Louise Appel.

Session times are subject to availability.

​

If you feel you have any health issues that may be compromised by exercise then you must obtain confirmation from your doctor that you can attend a session.

​

If the session is for someone under the age of 18 then this must be agreed with Louise Appel prior to purchase.

​

If a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice the full session amount will be payable and a refund will not be granted.

​

Sessions can be rescheduled subject to availability and with more than 24 hours notice. Discretion will be applied for rescheduling on up to two occasions, after which the booking will be cancelled without refund.

Louise Appel has the right to withdraw an arranged session and provide a full refund.
