You will be encouraged to reach your full potential with the help of a personalised exercise plan with much information surrounding dietary changes and helpful life-style choices. We will always apply well-practised methods and I will offer support and advice along the way.

Maintaining the key areas of health and fitness is important at any age. After just a few sessions you should feel an improvement in your strength, fitness, flexibility and energy levels. Exercise and a well-chosen diet is effective in maintaining good-health, and can be very powerful in reducing the signs and symptoms of many conditions that can be associated with ageing. An improvement in bone-density, increased metabolism, a reduction in stress and a boost in confidence are just some of the other rewards.
I hold an accreditation in exercise for older adults and am constantly working to improve my knowledge in this area. I am always conscious of possible limitations and care will always be taken around existing conditions. You are invited to work at whatever pace suits you and you will never feel out of control during sessions.
