MOBILE PERSONAL TRAINING SERVICE

As well as gym based training, I offer a mobile personal training service. Mobile personal training is the perfect way to keep up your fitness without having to go to the gym. Sessions can take place at your home, place of work or out-doors. Privacy, convenience and flexibility are all benefits of using mobile training.

WHAT TO EXPECT

A PERSONAL LIFESTYLE PLAN

The initial consultation offers an opportunity to establish the positive and negative aspects of your diet and identify any behavioural changes that need to be made. I will put together a plan tailored to your lifestyle and your goals with a view to forming new habits and making positive every-day choices.

A FUNCTIONAL APPROACH

Sessions are focused around body weight exercises, emphasising natural movement patterns with added resistance to challenge muscles. Pilates techniques will help restore balance through improved flexibility and perfected posture. For a boost in fitness levels, boxing and high intensity training protocols can be applied to improve stamina and cardiovascular health.

CONVENIENCE

Sessions can be based at your home or office. In-house training is ideal if you work from home or are at home during the day taking care of a child. Privacy is another advantage of exercising at home. I appreciate that some people do not feel comfortable in a gym environment. Exercising in the privacy of your own space allows you to reach your health and fitness goals in an environment with which you feel totally at ease and without distraction.
