Homebodies is my online bespoke health and wellness service offering real time 1-2-1 sessions with me from the comfort and convenience of your home or office.
In addition to personal training sessions, I can provide you with a personalised lifestyle plan designed around your routine and your goals with regular program reviews to keep you on track.
Sessions are delivered via the video-calling app Zoom which you simply download onto your phone, tablet or PC.
YOUR WELLNESS PLAN - 1 hr
This 60 minute programming session begins with a lifestyle assessment which allows me to learn about your goals and gather relevant and useful information surrounding your current diet and activity levels. We will look closely at your weekly routine considering your daily habits, any life pressures you may have, and other possible influencing factors before deciding on the best way forward for you.
From there we will carve out your personal wellness plan. This can be as structured or as flexible as you feel suits your needs. I will introduce simple effective changes you can implement into your daily life and offer solutions to potential obstacles. It is important to me that you start the process feeling positive, confident and motivated, and I will support you along the way.
WELLNESS REVIEW SESSION - 30 mins
The purpose of review sessions are for us to touch base and discuss how your plan has been going. We will measure your progress so far and map out the next step, or if necessary we can make any adjustments to your existing plan to keep you on track. Review sessions are designed for those who have carried out the initial coaching session, but they may also benefit PT clients who find regular updates helpful, or those who feel they just need that bit of extra support. Reviews can be weekly or less frequent if preferable.
Personal Training sessions designed in response to your individual needs, ability and experience and will also depend on what equipment you may have at home. Sessions can include strength improvement, body-firming exercises, Pilates or HIIT/circuit training for extra calorie burn.
To ensure I am delivering safe effective training sessions 60 minutes is required for the first session to allow time for a brief consultation. This will include a quick and pain-free health assessment and also gives me the opportunity to learn about any goals you may have before designing your program.
PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION - 45 mins
These sessions include a pulse raiser, mobility warm up, a workout centred around your goals and to finish, a full body stretch.
PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION - 1 hr
A longer personal training session, ideal if you want to include different training approaches in one session; for example, more flexibility and mobility, some Pilates or just taking more time over exercise technique. A longer session also gives us more time to discuss your progress and put additional plans in place if needed.
